Prediction Inputs

NEET Marks vs Rank Explanation

NEET rank is not a fixed conversion from marks. The same score can produce different ranks depending on paper difficulty, number of test takers, tie-break rules, and score clustering. This predictor uses weighted historical marks-vs-rank bands from 2022, 2023, and 2024, then interpolates your marks inside the closest band to estimate an expected rank. It is useful when you want a quick planning range before official results or counselling data is available.

How the 2026 Rank Estimate Works

The model gives more weight to 2023, includes 2024 to account for recent rank inflation, and keeps 2022 as a smoothing reference. The result shows an expected rank, best case rank, worst case rank, and confidence label so you can see both the estimate and the uncertainty range. A narrow spread means the historical years were closer together. A wide spread means the same marks behaved differently across years, so you should plan with more backup options.

Safe Score Guidance for NEET 2026

A safe NEET score depends on category, state quota, All India quota, seat matrix, and course preference. Higher marks usually create a stronger government MBBS signal, but counselling outcomes can change each year. Use this predictor for planning and shortlist government MBBS, private MBBS, BDS, and backup options based on your rank band. If your expected rank is near a cutoff zone, compare several counselling rounds and do not rely on a single college target.

How Students Should Use This Result

Start with your expected rank, then check the best and worst case numbers. If all three sit in a comfortable range, your planning can be more focused. If the worst case is much weaker, keep a wider list of colleges and courses. The predictor should guide revision, target setting, and counselling preparation; it should not replace official NTA results or final counselling cutoffs.

NEET Predictor FAQs

600 marks pe kya rank aayega?

Uploaded data ke weighted model me 600 marks roughly 28k-77k historical range ke beech aata hai. Exact output input ke range interpolation se calculate hota hai.

Government MBBS ke liye kitne marks chahiye?

Government MBBS chances rank, category, state counselling, seat matrix, and cutoffs par depend karte hain. Yeh tool college promise nahi karta; rank estimate aur broad interpretation deta hai.
